Palma de Mallorca Airport Train Transfers

The Palma De Mallorca Airport is located about 5 kilometers from the city center. Getting to the airport can be done via a taxi or a bus. Currently, no Metro or train link connects the airport to the city.

It would help if you rode a bus or taxi to reach Palma Intermodal Train Station. You can ride the train from there to various parts of the city.

From the airport, take the EMT Airport Bus A1. It will take around 30 minutes to travel to the train station located at Placa D'Espanya. You can buy a single ticket for €5. A taxi from the airport to the station takes around 15 minutes.

The three train lines in Mallorca are T1, T2, and T3. The routes go through Inca. The T1 ends at the town of Inca, while the others go to Sa Pobla and Manacor.

Train Line T1 - Inca

Getting to Inca can take around half an hour from the train station of Palma Intermodal. The journey can be made regularly, as there are around four to six trains per hour during the day.

Train Line T2 - Sa Pobla

Getting to Sa Pobla from the Palma Intermodal Station can take around 50 minutes. The hourly train departs from Sa Pobla every 40 minutes.

Train Line T3 - Manacor

The journey from the Palma Intermodal Station to the town of Manacor takes around 1 hour and 5 minutes. The train line operates every 40 minutes during the day.

Soller Train

Taking the historic narrow gauge Orange Express is one of the most popular ways to get from Palma to Soller. This train, which dates back to 1912, is known for its wooden carriages. Although there are other routes to travel from the city to the mountain resort, it is still an enjoyable experience.

The journey from Bunyola station to Soller takes around an hour. It includes a 5-to-10-minute stop at the midpoint. The cost of a ticket from Palma to Soller is €18 one way. Tickets can be bought at the station on the day of the trip.
